about the job

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior design projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure adherence to design plans and project specifications.
  • Manage and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

about the requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the interior design industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, practices, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
